VCCP’s new headquarters marks more than a move, it signals a bold new era. Housed in a former department store on Berners Street, London, the 67,000 sqft, five-floor workspace brings creativity, craft, and collaboration together under one roof.

Heritage provides the foundation, while innovation drives its transformation. Inspired by the rhythm of a classic department store, each floor is its own destination, from the vibrant, social Clubhouse in the central atrium to the pitch suite above. The spatial journey is experiential, guiding employees and visitors through moments designed to inspire connection and momentum.

Stripped back to its honest bones, the space layers reused pieces with subtle mid-century and art-deco touches, finished in soft neutrals, greens, and blues, a quiet nod to the building’s past, reimagined for the future.

Sustainability is embedded holistically rather than applied superficially. The adaptive reuse of the existing structure significantly reduces embodied carbon, while the reuse and refurbishment of loose furniture minimises waste. Vintage pieces were carefully introduced, extending material lifecycles and creating a rich, eclectic character. Finishes were selected for durability and longevity, prioritising performance alongside aesthetic integrity.
