YY Building, Canary Wharf

Projects like this remind us why we do what we do, flexing our muscles across brand, strategy, creative and design to create expressive environments while leveraging our technical expertise. Together with @UNTIL, we pushed boundaries to create something that feels both intentional and intuitive - a design that is instantly recognisable as UNTIL. The flagship at YY in Canary Wharf is the voice of a brand in motion, and the first of four sites we’ve brought to life.

The facility provides state of art rooms for Dental, Medical, Treatments, Therapy and a fully professional grade Gym. Each site has its own nuance, with material choices carefully considered to respond to the building’s architecture, embedding each facility within its context and community. For YY, the design is quietly contemporary, with oak, stainless steel and dark bronze signature moments that push you through the space.

To support UNTIL’s continued expansion, we developed an extremely thorough design playbook and set of guidelines, driven by user insights. Providing a clear reference for how the environment should be applied consistently across markets and applications. Built as a scalable system, it can adapt seamlessly to future sites, creating consistency without compromising the individuality of each location.
