Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Part 3 Architect
We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join us on a full-time permanent basis to work on a range of prestigious and exciting interior commercial projects and newly built residential schemes.

Key responsibilities:
Support the design team through careful art working architectural and interior schemes
Creation of Revit model renders and presentation visualisations
Creation of presentation plans, sections and elevations
Collaboration with internal team across all project stages
Assist in the preparation of production, tender and construction package information
Liaising with suppliers and clients to develop specifications and finishes
Liaising with consultants and coordinating full design packages
Assisting in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Experience and skills:
Professional experience in a UK Architectural practice
Can demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Revit
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in client-facing situations confidently
Experience working with Enscape and other rendering packages is advantageous
Good knowledge of construction and detailing
Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
An understanding of UK building regulations and planning
Fluent in English, verbal and written

Salary Offer: Depending on experience, £32,000-45,000 pa
