Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Part 3 Architect

We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join us on a full-time permanent basis to work on a range of prestigious and exciting interior commercial projects and newly built residential schemes.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support the design team through careful art working architectural and interior schemes 

  • Creation of Revit model renders and presentation visualisations

  • Creation of presentation plans, sections and elevations

  • Collaboration with internal team across all project stages

  • Assist in the preparation of production, tender and construction package information

  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to develop specifications and finishes

  • Liaising with consultants and coordinating full design packages

  • Assisting in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Experience and skills:

  • Professional experience in a UK Architectural practice 

  • Can demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Revit

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in client-facing situations confidently

  • Experience working with Enscape and other rendering packages is advantageous

  • Good knowledge of construction and detailing 

  • Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues 

  • Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team 

  • An understanding of UK building regulations and planning

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written

Salary Offer: Depending on experience, £32,000-45,000 pa
