A better world for pets
We recently collaborated with Linnaeus Group, a national veterinary company to evaluate their current front-of-house facilities to identify opportunities to enhance the client and animal experience.
Following several road trips across the country to undertake research and engagement, we partnered with an animal behavioural expert to strategise and design a kit-of-parts that could take the form of a shopping list for veterinary practices with varying budgets and programmes.
The kit-of-parts includes an outdoor space, a shop, and a snug, all of which have been combined to create an ideal customer journey. The designs intend to separate cats and dogs upon arrival and offer a variety of digital and well-being touchpoints such as music, biophilia, proactive check-in terminals, and refreshment stations with elevated platforms for cats.
The blueprint is being used to aid a global rollout programme, which will start with DWR Veterinary Specialists' multi-disciplinary veterinary referral centre in Cambridge. Read more about it here.
