In the spirit of spreading holiday cheer and celebrating the incredible year we’ve had, our team came together for a day packed with festive fun. True to tradition, our famously secretive Christmas Party planners kept every detail under wraps. 

The morning began at London Bridge Station, with a brief stroll to our first destination, the iconic Tate Modern, where we spent a cultural morning exploring Solid Light, an extraordinary exhibition by Anthony McCall. This immersive experience transported us into surreal, smoke-filled environments where beams of light danced around the room and our designers became all arty-farty with their photography skills.

Next, we made our way to Angel, where we settled into the charming Island Queen, a cosy pub tucked among Georgian terraces near Regent’s Canal and Saddler’s Wells, for an afternoon of food, fun and festivities. Plates piled high, glasses clinked, and laughter rang around the room. The Secret Santa gift exchange never fails to bring out plenty of smiles and surprises, especially when the Directors went to battle over a game of butthead #whoworeitbest.

The highlight was celebrating our team’s accomplishments from the year. With a ‘guess the project’ quiz proving worryingly difficult (for some), followed by a company round-up presentation - t’was the prettiest PowerPoint we ever did see - showcasing all highs and a couple of lows. But, before anyone could get their tinsel in a tangle, we moved on to announcing the 2024 MVPs… Congratulations, Ellie and Ash!

With full bellies and hearts even fuller, we set off for the final destination of the night: a sensational MASSAOKE extravaganza with Rockstar Weekend, the UK’s largest mass-karaoke party. Under the bright lights and electrifying atmosphere, we belted out our favourite tunes alongside hundreds of other partygoers, proving that the greatest band in the multiverse truly does include all of us. 

Our secret Christmas planners truly outdid themselves this year, pulling off a spectacular celebration that captured the spirit of the season and the essence of our team. As the evening came to a close, we found ourselves already looking forward to what 2025 has in store. Cheers to a year of growth, achievements, and camaraderie, and here’s to the adventures yet to come!
